Tour Description

Experience the raw beauty close to the coastal historic rocky clifs  on this 60-minute boat tour, perfect for those looking for a short but rich and slowdown, relaxing experience. Departing from Vágsbotnur, peacefull and smootly, along these rugged cliffs, by Tinganes,  — all aboard a traditional wooden Faroese, zero emission boat.

Your local guide will share some historic headlines of these old part of Tórshavn,  land and sea, offering insights into the history of the islands, . With a small group on board, this intimate tour is a peaceful and authentic introduction to life, floating on calm water.

About the boat, Egholm

39 foot, the original old faroese boat, built in 2024. The wood for the
hull is suistainable growt, pine from Norway. The boatbuilder, young man from
Tórshavn, have his workshop in Nólsoy, wich have old tradition to build these
boats. More normal size is boats 20-25 foot 

But off course we coiced a faroese boat for our use.

From start the plan was, slowly and relaxing sailing. And suistainability
is a priority.
